About the Author
David Melling is one of the most exciting picture book illustrators around at the moment. He has a lovely child-friendly style and was shortlisted for the Smarties prize in 1994, and the Kate Greenaway Award in 2003. He previously worked for animation studios as an assistant illustrator and animation artist, and his animation work included films such as Father Christmas and Grandpa by Raymond Briggs.

The book is ok, but there are some words which would not be translated the way it is in the book, either from Polish to English or the other way.
