Enjoyable, but I may be a lost cause!
Having already purchased 101 Read Chinese Flash Cards, I wanted to learn more words. I found this book useful as well. The only problem was that even after going through it a few times, I didn't find that I remembered any of them! Maybe it's just me!
I liked the way that they were split up into different categories and the order that they are in. I also enjoyed any of the accompanying notes.

Excellent starting point
Learn Chinese Flash cards for beginners is a great way to begin learning Chinese Mandarin. I really enjoyed the guide and found it to be a very helpful way to start. The guide has a good variety of words for the beginner, introducing Chinese characters, with the English translation, and the Pinyin pronunciation. Would recommend to anyone as a basic study guide.
