2Disappointing
By Frank Perry
I bought this Spanish Dictionary about an hour ago because 1) it was cheap and 2) the Merriam-Webster Spanish Dictionary I have been using is good but could be better. So many words aren't there or most frustrating, if the word has a prounoun attached to the end (example: "sentirse") it doesn't recognize it.

Anyway, for that reason, I bought this dictionary and installed it. I like the definitions it does show (such as nouns and adjectives, etc.), but frustratingly, if a verb is congugated (like "tengo") it only says something like "form of 'tener'" and no definition. Pressing the "more" key only produces long lists of various forms of the word and if the infinitive isn't on the page, I then have to type in the infinitive to get a definition. I think grabbing a paper dictionary would be easier and quicker than this.

Anyway, I decided to assign the Merriam-Webster as the primary dictionary again. I'm only out $1.99 so it's no big deal. If someone has better luck or finds a way to make it work better, I'd like to know what I'm doing wrong. (I think I'm doing it right, however.)

2Not a dictionary
By J. Aguirre Prado
It is more like grammar book. It doesn't give you the definition of the word, just conjugation of verbs. Plus it is in English, so if someone is reading in Spanish due to the fact that he does not no English, the dictionary is useless.

3Don't sweat the small stuff. Mr. Dictionary doesn't.
By Eric Henderson
This is a good dictionary for $3. I didn't even need to make it my default one. Just place the cursor just left of the word you need a definition (or admitably 2 or 3 english synonyms) for,
and the definition is at the top of, or the bottom of your screen. I have a complaint, though: Sometimes it just decides to show nothing and not the difficult words (usually it's the easier words that it forgets about). Then you can type that word in the box below and get the definition which takes you out of the book you are reading.
